Wii-mote Recharger

Nyko announced a charging station for Wii remotes. I was relieved to hear that the charger works with your existing remotes replacing both the batteries and the battery covers. The new battery cover even has a rubberized grip. Each station supports two remotes.

Compared to using normal AA rechargeable batteries, you don't have to take the batteries in and out every time you recharge. You just dock your remotes when you're finished playing, no muss, no fuss.

Unfortunately, the station doesn't appear to come with or even support wireless nunchucks. I'm just going off the pictures though.

The case of AA batteries I picked up at Fry's has treated me well, but I would like to be more friendly to the environment. I wonder if the wireless charger announced at CES has Wii support:

Very cool - I might have to get this.

The charging pad looks cool too - though I still don't understand how it works/if it'll work with my existing devices.

You have to buy an adapter for each device. I suspect it does the same thing as this remote charger, i.e. replaces the battery cover to expose contacts.

Thanks for the blog,I would say the Wii remote nunchucks are extensions of Wii remotes which are a solution to the battery changing problem. If you spend time in playing with your Wii a lot, then definitely you buy one accessory and most probably you would prefer for Wii remote charge station.Tody Best Wii Remote and Nunchucks for Sale are available online with a Unique Controller.Gonna buy one for me.
